The Homeowner is responsible for submitting all documentation to the HOA for approval and failure to do so or claiming that your contractor was responsible to do it, is not an acceptable excuse for violating the Home Improvement process.
If you are a Paradise Estates TENANT/RENTER and require ANY assistance, you must contact your homeowner or property manager. The HOA will only assist homeowners.
