Are you interested in making some upgrades to your home exterior? Well don’t worry, the process is simple. First, fill out the home improvement request form, submit it to the HOA management / architectural committee, and after it is approved from the committee you are set to begin your project.
- Paradise Estates DOES NOT endorse or approve ANY contractors. Owners are responsible for choosing their contractors and owners are responsible for the actions of their contractors. If any contractor tells you that they are approved by the HOA, they are NOT. In addition, there are NO contractors that can provide any approvals for a home improvement. The Homeowner is responsible for submitting all documentation to the HOA for approval and failure to do so or claiming that your contractor was responsible to do it, is not an acceptable excuse for violating the Home Improvement process.
- If you are a Paradise Estates TENANT/RENTER and require ANY assistance, you must contact your homeowner or property manager. The HOA will only assist homeowners.
