New Policy Notice
NSF ( Non-Sufficient Funds) Policy – “The board of directors has adopted as standard policy that all checks issued by a homeowner or their designated represent active to the HOA for payment of CAF, fines, or any fee levied by the association that is returned for non-payment by the payee’s bank for any reason, will be subject to a charge of $50.00 plus any charges levied by the HOA’s banking institution. All fees then due to the HOA as a result of a non-payment returned check must be paid in cash, money order or bank cashier’s check to clear the individual account. The HOA via its management agent has the right to refuse, at its discretion, acceptance of further payments by personal or business checks and can demand that payments be in the form of cash, money order or bank cashier’s check. Non-payment of any fees associated with any returned item from the payee’s bank constitutes a lien against the individual homeowners account until paid and subject to standard collection procedures established by the HOA. Your courtesy in making timely and negotiable payments on your account is appreciated.

Halloween 2016
We are coming up on Halloween night and the Board of Directors want to make sure that Paradise Estates remains a great place for our island’s youth to safely trick or treat. We encourage all residents to offer treats and we welcome all friends and family to participate in a fun safe night in Paradise Estates.
In the past, Paradise Estates has been a very popular place to trick or treat with the well lit streets, sidewalks, and many homes handing out treats. If you are going to invite friends and family members to come to PE for a Halloween night of fun, please make sure your friends have your gate code in hand when they pull up to the gate so there are no long line problems coming into the neighborhood. We will have a security guard at both gates to ensure that there is no tailgating into the neighborhood. Any vehicle coming into the neighborhood must have an access card or a code which will allow a resident to remotely open the gate; the security guard will not open the gate for vehicles.
Keep in mind that anyone can park outside the gates and walk into the neighborhood, so we are confident that there will be a large amount of people walking around.
Please be cautious, safe and enjoy Halloween 2016.
Sincerely,
Paradise Estates Board of Directors
